Francisco Capellan is a 21-year-old bilingual Dominican American voice actor. He’s best known as the lead happy-go-lucky cat boy in Zeta Retribution, a turn-based RPG, on Game Jolt. He is currently studying voiceover with Cassandra Lee Morris, Joe Zieja, and Heather Dame, as well as recording VO for an upcoming YouTube series called Project Pianist!

Francisco Capellan is a Dominican Voice Actor based in Tampa, Florida. He grew up in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States at 14 years old. His life as a bilingual actor from the Caribbean grants him a unique perspective in to the characters he performs. After graduating high school with several roles in Indie RPGs and YouTube series, he attended the University of South Florida to study acting, singing, and theater. During his time in college, he has received classes from renowned voice actors like Joe Zieja, Cassandra Lee Morris, and Heather Dame. After earning his bachelor's degree and booking over 10 roles in Indie Games such as the lead in Zeta Retribution, Francisco Capellan looks to move to California to further his career in the field of Voice Acting.
